“The goal of your Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out into a superior quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This is due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no totally functional office focused on service the area each day. The support level produced for intervention experiences a high inflow of probable beneficiaries, that makes it challenging for your office to attend to all people who pay a visit to a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more assets to here empower the servicing of all shoppers and maximize use of Social Assistance products and services,” the agency said.
